葡萄糖酸锌对顺铂毒性防护作用的实验

Protective effects of zinc gluconate on toxicity of cisplatin in mice

小鼠预先给予葡萄糖酸锌后注射顺铂，观察外周血白细胞、肌酐、尿素氮和脂质过氧化物变化。结果表明：葡萄糖酸锌能升高外周血白细胞（Ｐ＜０．０１），降低血清肌酐、尿素氮水平（Ｐ＜０．０１）和荷瘤小鼠肾组织脂质过氧化物水平（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示：葡萄糖酸锌可望作为顺铂的减毒剂用于肿瘤化疗。

ice were injected by peritoneal with cisplatin (CDDP) after pre-administration of zinc gluconate (ZG). Thenumber of white blood cell (WBC) and levels of serum cretinine (Cr) , urea nitrogen (BUN) and lipid peroxides(LPO) were meassured. The results showed that ZG increased the counts of WBC (P<0. 01 ) and reduced the lev-els of serum Cr, BUN (P<0. 01 ) and LPO levels of liver and renal tissue (P<0.01,0.05) in tumour bearingmice. These finding may be concluded that ZG may reduce toxicity of CDDP and has protective effects on bonemarrow inhibition and renal damage induced by CDDP.
