摘要
目的同时测定肠循环液中黄芩苷、黄芩素和酚红的浓度。方法采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱为DikmaDiamosilmC18(5μm,150mm×4.6mm),流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(59∶41∶0.2),柱温35℃,流速1.0ml.min-1,检测波长276nm。结果方法精密度及线性关系良好,黄芩苷、黄芩素及酚红的回收率分别为100.49%(RSD=1.48%)、102.60%(RSD=1.76%)、99.90%(RSD=2.80%)。结论该法操作简便,结果准确,灵敏度高。
OBJECTIVE To determine the concentrations of baicalin, baicalein and phenolsulfonphthalein in the solution of in situ intestinal loop simultaneously. METHODS An RP- HPLC method was established with a Dikma Diamonsil^m C18 column(5μm, 150 mm x 4.6 mm). The mobile phase was methanol - water- phosphoric acid(59:41:0.2) and the column temperature was set at 35℃. The flow rate was 1.0 ml. min^1 with detective wavelength of 276 nm. RESULTS The precision and the linear relation of this method were acceptable. The recovery of baicalin, baicalein and phenolsulfonphthalein was 100.49 % ( RSD = 1.48 %), 102.60 % ( RSD = 1.76 %) and 99.90 % ( RSD = 2.80 % ), respectively. CONCLUSION This method is simple and accurate.
