比色法测定皮炎平软膏中醋酸地塞米松的含量

用无水乙醇提取皮炎平软膏中的醋酸地塞米松，然后与蓝四氮唑显色，在４８５ｎｍ处测其吸收度，计算其含量。平均回收率为９９，８９％（ｎ＝５），ＲＳＤ为１．２６％，较之原地方标准中的提取测定方法，更为简便准确。

The new method wasmore simple and accurate than the old one in local standard. The average recovery was 99. 85 % (n= 5) ,and the co-efficient of variation (RSD) was 1. 26%.
