摘要
教育投资是教育现代化的重要指标。改革开放以来,天津教育投资取得明显成就,但仍存在教育投资水平较低,国家财政性教育拨款天津标准较低等严重问题。经与发达国家教育投资平均值比较,提出2005—2010年天津教育投资改革的建议。
Education investment is an important index of educational modernization. Tianjin education investment has gained obvious achievement after China＇s reforming and opening. But serious problems such as low level of investment and low standard of national financial fund still exist. After comparing with average value of developed country education investment, the author bring forward an objective of Tianjin education investment reforming from 2005 to 2010.
