聚合物驱新型污水处理剂的研制和应用 被引量:21

摘要 针对化学驱油技术应用过程中各类油田助剂的广泛使用,油田采出污水处理难度逐渐加大,污水水质逐年变差的特点,研制了适用于油田聚合物驱采出液处理的新型污水处理剂SCI-1。室内研究显示,污水中的化学耗氧量、金属离子、矿化度以及悬浮物和原油等因素对聚合物溶液均具有不同程度的降粘作用。通过分子改性技术,SCL-1药剂克服了聚合物驱采出污水处理中污水粘度高、乳化程度深、油水分离阻力大等技术难点。注聚合物区现场试验结果显示,污水处理剂SCL-1具有显著的综合处理能力,在油田注聚合物区具有很高的推广应用价值。 With the wide application of all kinds of additives for chemical oil displacement,the produced sewage is diffi-cult to be treated gradually,and the sewage quality was poorer year by year.A new-type sewage treatment a-gent named SCL-1 was developed that was suitable to the treatment of the produced fluid in oilfield polymer flooding.The lab experiment shows that the factors, such as chemical,oxygen consumption,metal irons,sa-linity,suspended particles and oil in the waste water, have different effects on the viscosity reduction of poly-mer solution.The molecule modification technique makes SCL-1 overcome the technical difficulty of high sewage viscosity,emulsification,the resistance of oil-water separation during the produced sewage treatment in the polymer flooding.The field application of the polymer injection region indicates that SCL-1 has re-markable comprehensive capability of sewage treatment and has high applied value in the oilfield pplymer in-jection region.
