摘要
针对胜利油区埕岛油田注水开发效果差、洗井难等问题,为适应海上油田高速强采的开发要求,研究了在大斜度定向井内实现分层机械防砂分层注水的综合配套技术。该技术采用液压可洗井封隔器进行防砂管内的二次分层,可进行全井筒洗井,并满足了后续配套工艺的功能和设计要求。经过38口井的现场试验,施工成功率达100%,试验区生产递减率得到了有效控制,取得了良好的开发效果和经济效益。该技术为埕岛油田的精细注水开发提供了有效途径。
To cope with the difficulty of well cleanout and poor waterflood effect in Chengdao shallow sea oilfield of Shengli petroliferous province,a complete set of tech-nology about separated-zone mechanical sand control and water injection was researched for the large,slope directional well in order to meet the needs of high-speed and enhanced recovery development in the off-shore oilfield.The technology realized secondary sepa-rated zone in sand control tube by using hydraulic packer available to well cleanout.It can achieve wel^ cleanout in whole borehole and satisfy the demands of design and function for subsequent matching technolo-gies.The technology was applied in 38 wells gaining 100% of operating success-ratio. The production de-cline rate was controlled effectively.The good developr ment effect and economic benefit have been achieved. It provides effective way for fine waterflood develop- ment in Chengdao Oilfield.
