随着国际油价的不断攀升,石油作为关系到国家安全的战略产品,且具有不可再生性,其重要地位不言而喻。通过分析油价历史及油价变化对油田开发的影响,结合目前国内油气开发形势,探讨了在高油价下石油企业的应对方式,通过采取强化国内油田开发力度、做大效益总量、提高自供原油比例等一系列技术,实现高油价下相应的油田开发对策。

Along with the oil price rises,crude oil is becoming more and more important as it is the kind of products connecting with the country strategic.security and is of non-renewability.The influence of history and the change of the oil price on oilfield development was ana-lyzed.According to the oil-gas development situation in China,the countermeasures for the petroleum enter-prise were discussed and could be carried out,such as strengthening the field development,enlarging the ben-efit quantum and advancing the proportion of the self-supply crude oil.
