A proper social mechanism is needed in order to maintain social stability, to adjust social structure, to coordinate different relationships, to eliminate contradictions and social problems, to stimulate the creating ability of all people and organizations. So we should attach great importance to the study of how to set up such a proper social mechanism to ensure the harmonious running and development of the whole society.
