摘要
职务犯罪是国家公职人员滥用权力或者亵渎权力的犯罪行为,其本质是权力的异化。职务犯罪的原因力是多维的,既有客观方面的原因合力,也有主观方面的原因合力,二者的交汇作用与相互激荡导致了职务犯罪的产生。
Functionary crime is a crime committed by any state functionary to abuse power or desecrate power, the essence of which is the dissimilation of power. Causes for functionary crimes are multidimensional, including the resultant force of objective causes and the resultant force of subjective causes. Interaction of the two resultant causes leads to functionary crimes.
