法学是一门应用型的学科。为满足法学教育的实践性,许多高校法学院都实行了案例教学。法学案例教学需要相关的文献资料的支持。文章就高校图书馆法学教学案例的收集、教学案例库的建构进行了探讨。

Since the science of law is an applied science, many colleges of law have taken the cases method of teaching in order to meet the needs of practice. Cases method of teaching requires a lot of relevant information and judicial cases. This paper makes an analysis of how to gather cases for teaching and how to set up cases bank for law teaching in university＇ library.
