应用等速测力方法对正常青壮年髋关节运动功能的初步评价──Ⅰ.功能动作力量正常值及有关比值评价的意义 被引量:8

摘要 应用Kin-Com等速装置,对60名正常青壮年髋关节各功能动作进行测定。在60°/s角速度下进行了髋关节屈曲、伸展、外展、内收、外旋、内旋、向心收缩、离心收缩交互的最大努力收缩,初步建立90%可信限下限的正常值。结果表明:峰值/均值在1.1~1.9之间,大小与相应肌群的活动水平,肌纤维类型、排列、走向、运动单位的募集有关。向心收缩的峰值/均值因收缩交互形式和收据前负荷而显著大于离心收缩的峰值/均值。向心收缩/离心收缩因收缩机制不同均<100%,肢体间及性别间均无显著性差异,其大小改变可能对评估关节稳定性、预测运动损伤有意义。拮抗肌比值因测试仪器、体位、固定状态、收缩交互形式等原因而偏高,其性别间的差异可能由运动水平、身体素质造成。拮抗肌比值失衡可预示弱侧损伤。男性屈曲的向心收缩、离心收缩及伸展的离心收缩、左右侧同名肌群力矩缺失百分比有显著差异。 normal volunteers were tested with a Kin-Com isokinetic system for concentric and eccentric torques during hip motion at 60°/s.The results showed:(1) The torques of abductions, flexions,extensions were greater than external rotations,internal rotations and adductions because of body position and fixing condition. There weren't greater strength in the dominant limb,but statistical differences were found between dominant and nondominant male's hip flexions and extensions. The angles for the maximum torque for the different motions consistented with subjects and between the fight and lift limb.Normal values for isokinetic testing of hip strength had been abtained.(2) The peak torque/average torque ratios were about 1.1~1.9, P>0.05 between sexs and limbs.The concentric/eccentric ratios were all less than 100%, P>0. 05 between limbs.The reciprocal muscle group ratios were higher than others reports,P<0. 05 between sexs.
