摘要
用四血管阻断法造成大鼠全脑缺血,缺血半小时后恢复双侧颈总动脉血流半小时,此时大鼠脑组织和血浆LPO含量显著增高、脑组织SOD活性和VitE含量明显降低(P<0.05),大脑皮层神经细胞超微结构和血脑屏障明显受损。如在大鼠脑缺血半小时再灌流开始时,用旋磁场(0.08T,2500r/min)作用于双侧颈动脉区20min,大鼠脑组织和血浆LPO含量降低、脑组织SOD活性增高(P<0.05),但脑组织VitE含量无明显变化(P>0.05),而大脑皮层神经细胞超微结构和血脑屏障损伤减轻。
The complete cerebral
ischemia(CCI)models were made with 4 vessels occlusion in awake
Wistar rats. Recirculation in bilateral carotids for 30min after
30min CCI in rats,brain tissues and plasma lipid peroxidation(LPO)
values increased(P<0.05),superoxide dismutase(SOD) activities and
vitamin E(VitE ) values in brain tissues decreased significantly (P<
0. 05 ),and the cortex neuronal ultrastructures and blood一brain
barriers (BBB) were damaged severely. At the beginning of brain
tissues reperfusion after 30min CCI in Wistar rats,rotating magnetic
field(RMF,0.08T, 2500rpm)were used by placing it on bilateral carotic
areas for 20min. The effects of RMF were decreasing LPO values in
brain tissues and plasma(P<0. 05),increasing brain tissues SOD
activities(P<0. 05)yet had no significant effects on brain
