从语篇互文角度看原作与译作间的关系

Relationship between the Source Text and the Target Text in Terms of Intertextuality

本文试图用引文与正文间的互文参照关系做隐喻,来映射原文与译文的互文关系,从而进一步说明,原文各语言层面上的表达可视为激活译者的相关译语语篇储备的互文符号。宏观策略上,译者可根据翻译目的等相关翻译情境来决定如何使用原文;微观操作上,译者应不囿于语言表层的一一对应,而要增强语篇储备意识,并在翻译创作中积极地调动相关语篇储备。

In this thesis, the author exploits the intertextual relationship between a quotation and its host text as a metaphor to map the intertextuality between the source text and the target text. The source text as a whole is the intertextual reference of the target text while its expression at different linguistic levels are, to a great extent, the intertextual signals which evoke the translator＇s stock of the relevant target texts. In principle, the translator enjoys enough freedom in the way of using the source text in the light of the specific translation context; In operation, the translator should transcend the word--for--word equivalence, increase the texts--storing awareness and try to activate the relevant target texts in translating.
