摘要
随着高速公路的发展,联网收费是必然趋势.联网收费可以提高效率,增强高速公路通行能力,但由现在的各路公司独立收费过渡到联网收费,还需解决若干技术问题,其中行驶车辆二义路的确认和通行费的拆分是省级联网收费的关键和难题.笔者着重阐述了高速公路网中路径确认的基本方法,并对主要方法进行了比较和效益分析,重点介绍了容量限制法和流量分配.
With the development of the expressway, networking toll is an inexorable trend. Networking toll can improve managerial efficiency and enhance traffic capacity of expressway. However, when the current independent toll is changed into the networking toll, there are still some technical problems to want solving. And distinguishing multi-path traffic and accurately distributing traffic fees are the key and difficult problem in the provincial networking toll. The domestic commonlyused solution to the binary-path and multi-path problem is formulated, and the strongpoints and shortcomings of varies methods are compared. The capacity-limited method and traffic flow distribution are particularly introduced.
