摘要
本文考察了在TDP处理后,铜—甘氨酸络合物催化抗坏血酸有氧氧化的动力学规律。发现在该条件下的各类反应遵守米氏规律,其最大反应速率明显升高。并对其反应机理提出了一种解释。
Under TDP-treated conditions for reactants, the reaction dynamics of ascorbic acid oxidation catalysed have been investigated. Various TDP-treated reactions obey Michaelis-Menton theory and the maximum reaction rates have been clearly increased. Mechanisms of the reactions are also explained in this paper.
