中国电信运营业在1994年经由行政手段打破垄断,引入竞争机制,迄今经历了十年的竞争态势和格局的大范围演化。纵观中国电信业的发展进程,我们更多地注意到“竞争”策略的广泛运用,而合作在经济租金获取过程中仅仅扮演着微不足道的角色。然而,什么因素引发并决定着现有的竞争范式?电信运营商在已有的竞争结构和成长策略组合中是否获得了最大价值?存在其他更理性或者更有价值的获取经济租金的可选择策略组合吗?电信运营商又会以怎样的姿态来应对未来市场格局变化带来的机遇或挑战?
In the development of telecom industry, we can find the wide use of comperation strategy. How to balance competition and cooperation has become the great task for telecom carriers. And they must deal with this problem well. We also find that more and more telecom carriers tend to carry out the comperation strategy. Competition should be based on the open industry chain and cooperative environment. Also the cooperation can promote the establishment of healthy and ordered competition pattern.
