《集美大学学报(哲社版)》作者群现状分析与思考

Author Grouping in Journal of Jimei University and Its Countermeasures

从年龄、性别、职称、单位及合作情况等几个方面对《集美大学学报(哲社版)》2001-2004年刊载的386篇文章进行了统计分析,可以看出中青年作者和中高级职称构成了本刊的主要作者群。对现阶段如何扩大我校学报作者群、策划优质稿源提出几点具体的意见。

Based on the analysis of age, sex, academic title, work unit and cooperation of the authors of the 386 articles printed on Journal of Jimei University （ Philosophy and Social Sciences） 2001 - 2004, the paper shows that most of these authors are young and middle - aged people and people with advanced or intermediate academic titles. The paper also explores possible ways to attract more authors and organize highquality papers.
