摘要 目的探讨延边地区朝、汉族妇女乳腺癌BRCA1和p53的表达及其意义。方法利用免疫组织化学技术,检测124例乳腺癌、14例乳腺纤维腺瘤中BRCA1和p53的表达。结果BRCA1在乳腺癌中的表达率59.7%,纤维瘤为92.9%(P<0.05);BRCA1表达与乳腺癌组织学分级呈负相关(r=-0.306,P=0.021);BRCA1与年龄、组织学类型、TNM分期及ER&PR状况无关;p53在乳腺癌表达率38.7%,纤维腺瘤无表达(P<0.05),Ⅲ期p53表达率高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期,Ⅲ期与Ⅰ期、Ⅲ期与Ⅱ期之间存在显著性差异;乳腺癌BRCA1与p53表达之间无相关性;BRCA1和p53表达率在朝、汉族之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论BRCA1在乳腺癌表达低于良性肿瘤;乳腺癌组织分级升高,BRCA1的表达率降低;TNM分期高,p53表达率高;BRCA1与p53表达之间无明显相关;BRCA1及p53在朝、汉族乳腺癌中表达无显著差异。 Objective To investigate the significance of the expression of BRCA1 and p53 in breast cancer of the Korean and the Han nationality women in Yanbian area. Methods The expressions of BRCA1 and p53 protein in 124 cases of breast cancer tissues, 14 cases of breast fibroadenoma tissues were examined by immunohistochemical SP method. Results The positive expression rate of BRCA1 ( 59.7%) was significantly lower than that in breast fibroadenoma (92.9%) ( P 〈0.05 ). The expression of BRCA1 was reversely correlated with histological grade( r = - 0.306 ,P =0. 021 ). The expression of BRCA1 was not correlated with age of onset, histological type, TNM stage and ER&PR status (P 〉0.05 ). The positive expression rate of p53 in breast cancer 138.7% ) was higher than that in breast fibroadenoma ( 0 ) ( P 〈 0.05 ). This positive expression rate in stage Ⅲ of breast cancer was higher than that in Stage Ⅰ ( P 〈 0. 01 ) and was also higher than that in stage Ⅱ ( P 〈 0. 05 ). There was no significant correlation between the positive expression rate of BRCA1 and the level of p53 expression. The expression of BRCA1 and p53 of the Korean nationality patients were not significantly different from that of the Han nationality patients. Conclusion The level of BRCA1 expression of breast cancer was lower than a benign tumor. The level of BRCA1 expression decreased with breast cancer pathological grade increasing. The higher expression rate of p53 was found in higher TNM stage. There was no significant difference between the expression of BRCA1 and p53. The expression of BRCA1 and p53 of Korean nationality patients was not significantly different from that of Han nationality patients in Yanbian area.
