针刺治疗长春瑞宾外渗损伤的实验研究

Empirical study of acupuncture treatment to the injury caused by Navelbine extravasation.

目的探讨针刺治疗对长春瑞宾损伤修复作用。方法建立SD大鼠长春瑞宾外渗损伤模型,设针刺治疗实验组、损伤实验对照组、中药金银花治疗对照组;针刺SD大鼠“后三里”;每日一次,同时测定针刺前、后SD大鼠的痛阈值,并与其它两组进行对比观察。结果针刺治疗实验组与损伤实验对照组对比疗效显著,而且针刺镇痛效应明显;针刺治疗实验组与金银花治疗对照组实验结果基本一致。结论针刺治疗具有明显的促进长春瑞宾外渗损伤修复作用。

Objective To approach the effect of acupuncture treatment to the injury caused by Navelbine extravasation. Methods To establish modles of SD rats which were injured by Navelbine estravasation, we set up esperimental group （ EG ） of acupuncture treatment, control group （ CG ） of injury, and control group （ CG ） of honeysuckble treatment; Acupunture SD rats＇Tsusanli once daily,and simultaneously measure the pain threshold before and after acupuncture,then contrast with the other two groups. Results Contrast with CG of injury, the therapeutic effect of EG of acupuncture treatment was significant, furthermore, the effect of acupuncture analgesia was obvious ;The experimental results between EG of acupuncture treatment and CG of honeysudkble treatment were sumilar. Conclusion Acupuncture treatment obviously has the effect to promote repairment of injury which caused by Navelbine extravasation.
