多西他赛联合顺铂、5-Fu治疗晚期胃癌近期疗效分析

Effect of docetaxel combined with cisplatin and 5-Fu in patients with late stage gastric cancer .

目的观察多西他赛联合顺铂、5-Fu治疗晚期胃癌的疗效及耐受性.方法 TDF方案:Docetaxel 75mg/m2静脉滴注,第1天,化疗前预处理;顺铂20mg,静脉滴注,第1～5天;5-Fu 2.5g/m2持续静脉灌注120小时,21天为1周期.结果全组CR 1例、PR 12例、SD 9例、PD 1例,总有效率56.5%.初治组有效率70%,复治组有效率46%.中位生存期为13月.不良反应主要有消化道反应和白细胞下降.结论 TDF方案疗效肯定,不良反应能耐受.

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect, toxicity, and survival of docetaxel combined cisplatin and 5 - Fu in late stage gastric cancer patients. Methods Docetaxel 75mg/m^2 iv drip dl ; DDP 25mg iv drip d1 - 5 ; 5 - Fu 2.5g/m^2 ics 120h,every 3 weeks. Results The response rates of the first treatment group and the recur- rent treatment group were 70% and 46% ,respectively. The response rate of the total group was 56.5%. The median survival time（MST） was 13 months. Conclusion TDF regimen can be safely preformed for the patients with late stage gastric cancer with a remarkable response rate.
