艾迪注射液配合放疗治疗恶性肿瘤近期疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of Ai-DI Combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of cancerpatients.

目的观察艾迪注射液配合放射治疗对恶性肿瘤的近期疗效.方法 176例食道癌、肺癌、宫颈癌患者随机分为治疗组及单纯放疗组:治疗组以艾迪注射液50ml+5%葡萄糖500ml静脉滴注,每日1次(每周可停药1次),疗程为1个月(1个疗程用药不少于26次),+放疗(同对照组).对照组:用6MVX线或15MVX线治疗,总剂量60GY左右,单次剂量1.8～2.0GY,每周5次.并进行疗效、生活质量及毒副作用评定.结果治疗组疗效优于对照组并具有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组的生活质量改善优于对照组并有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组及单纯放疗组两组比较毒副作用无显著性差异(P>0.05).结论艾迪注射液作为治疗恶性肿瘤的辅助用药,对提高疗效和改善生存质量都有一定的效果.

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Ai - DI combined with radiotherapy. Methods Fetal of 176 patients of esophageal carcinoma,lung carcinoma and the cervix carcinom were divided into therapy and control groups： Control group used 6MVX - ray or 15MVX - ray and total dose about 60GY （ 1.8 - 2.0GY per time, five times per week）. Therapy group not only performed radiotherapy as above programe but also were droped 50ml Ai - DI in 5% glucose through vein（ one time per day, one treatment continued one month,more than 26 times）. We had also detected the clinical efficacy, life quality and adverse effect of all patients. Results The clinical efficacy of therapy group was superior than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The life quality of therapy group was also better than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. But the adverse effect of therapy and control group has no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Ai - DI is an effective treatment for improvement clinical efficacy and life quality of carcinoma patients.
