用高效毛细管电泳法鉴别冬虫夏草及其伪品

Identification of Cordyceps and counterfeits by high-performance capillary electrophoresis method

目的:应用高效毛细管电泳法鉴别冬虫夏草及其伪品。方法:石英毛细管70μm×60 cm,电解缓冲液30mmol/L硼酸盐溶液(pH 8.5)、电压20 kV,检测波长200 nm。结果:在该分离条件下,15 min可获得冬虫夏草及其伪品的特征性电泳图谱,经电泳图谱解析可鉴别两者。结论:该法简便、快速、准确,可作为中药冬虫夏草及其伪品的有效鉴别方法。

Objective： To distinguish Cordyceps and several kinds of counterfeits. Methods： The high performance capillary electrophoresis（HPCE） with 70μm× 60 cm in quartz capillary column was used. The electrical buffers liquid was 30 mmol/L borate solution （pH 8.5）. Detecting wavelength was 200 nm and voltage was 20 kV. Results： The special photograms of Cordyceps and the confusable specimens were obtained by HPCE in 15 min under the condition. With the aid of these illus trative plates, recognization of Cordyceps and its counterfeits became easy. Conclusion： The method is convenient,quick, accu rate and effective for distinguishing Cordyceps and its counterfeits.
