几种渗碳钢的静弯和冲击特性

摘要 用无缺口和有缺口试样研究了几种渗碳钢的静弯特性和冲击特性.结果表明,渗碳层由表及里成分和组织的变化使缺口深度对性能的影响规律复杂化;塑性和韧性越差的钢其缺口脆化作用越小,从而使缺口性能上的差异比无缺口时性能上的差异变小;从静弯强度、挠度、弹塑性功、裂纹扩展功以及缺口冲击韧性等几个方面综合考虑,20Cr2Ni4A和17Cr2Ni2Mo钢的性能优异,20CrMnTi钢较差,性能最差的是20CrMnMo钢.钢本身的强韧性对其渗碳层的强韧性有明显影响,其碳化物性态可能是更主要因素. The characteristics on curvature and charpy of some carburhation steels were studied with notch specimens and no-notch specimens.The results show that the changing of composition and structure from surface to interior in carburization layer make influence rule of notch depth on properties complexity;The lower the plastic and toughness of steel are,the small the britleness functions of notch are,which causes that difference on properties of notch become smaller than that of no-notch;Considering curvature strength,warp degree elastoplastic energy crack propagation energy and notch impact toughness the properties of steel 20Cr2Ni4A and 17Cr2Ni2Mo have excellent properties,steel 20CrMnTi have lower properties,steel 20CrMnMo have lowest properties.Strength-Ductility of steel has obvious influence on that of carburization layer,nature and shape of carbide may be more pn,nary factor.
