陕西地方高校大学生的心理问题主要有:环境改变造成的不适心理;地方高校特点造成的自卑心理;学习紧张造成的焦虑心理;社交不适造成的忧虑心理;择业压力造成的恐慌心理;恋爱受挫造成的苦闷心理。大学生产生心理问题的原因有家庭因素、学校因素和社会环境的影响,也有大学生自身的原因。家庭、社会、学校都应关心大学生的心理健康。
