电大开放教育现行考试制度的缺陷与对策

Defects of Current Testing System of Open Education in RTUs and Our Countermeasures

虽然电大对其开放教育考试制度进行了一些变革,但因为存在着体制缺陷、设计缺陷、运行缺陷,目前还无法克服考试失效问题和考试诚信危机。要重新树立电大考试的公信力,还必须进行深层次的体制改革和更大范围的制度创新、管理创新。

Although some reforms on testing system of RTUs have been made, testing efficiency losing and testing credit crisis can not be overcome because of defects of the system,design and operation. In order to set up the testing reliability of RTUs,We should make our reforms more deep and system and managment innovation in a larger scope.
