The New Thinking Way of Morality Education Work of Regional RTUs in Open Education

本文针对远程开放教育德育缺位的问题,提出了正确认识远程开放教育德育的特点、功能和构建基层电大德育模式的新思路。

This paper points out how to understand characteristic and function of morality education properly in the light of its lack in the distance open education. At the .same time this article puts forward the new thinking way of how to build the morality education mode of the regional RTVUs.
