On Various Financing Channels of the Private Enterprise:Take Wenzhou as An Example

民营企业融资难在全国来讲是一个十分突出的问题,在温州也不例外。温州民营企业的融资方式以内源融资为主,外源融资为辅。外源融资的主要方式是民间借贷和银行贷款,其中民间借贷是温州民营企业融资所特有的方式。本文对温州民营企业的融资渠道作了一些探讨和商榷。

That the financing of private enterprises is very difficult is a conspicuous problem in China without the exception of Wenzhou. The financing of Wenzhou private enterprises takes internal sourse financing as the main, external source financing as the supplementary. The main way of external source financing is private debit and credit, and bank credit. The first way is unique. The paper make some researches on the financing channels of the private enterprise in Wenzhou.
