摘要
“导师制”教学模式是“以学生为主体,以教师为主导的”“双主”创新教学模式,指导教师首先要转变观念,将学生的自主学习贯穿整个教学过程,以多种媒体、多种资源、多种教学方法作为手段,合理安排教学过程,从而激发学生学习积极性,培养学生自主学习能力,进一步提高教学质量。
“Tutorial System” teaching model is a“ two centers” （ teacher’s guiding and students’ autonomy） teaching medel,under which teachers are urged to change their teaching idea and give considerable emphasis to autonomy. Additionally, by use of all kinds of resources, materials and methods, tutors can teach more efficiently in order to motivate learners＇enthusiasm and cultivate their competence.
