Mao Zhedong＇ s people - oriented thought is outstanding. He had been writing on how to motivate the masses and how to achieve this goal in his lifetime. His great contribution as well as his fault in his late years shows that the realization of people as main body, in the first place, is a matter of consistency of subject and object, while Deng Xiaoping creates and develops the condition and form which makes the idea become possible.
