皮下乳腺切除同时行假体植入乳房重建术

Subcutaneous mammectomy and mammoplasty

目的:探讨皮下乳腺切除后同时行乳房美容手术的方法及意义。方法:共为7例(13只乳房)患者按常规行皮下乳腺切除术,酌情应用内窥镜辅助,于胸大肌下植入乳房假体,行乳房重建手术。结果:所有患者伤口Ⅰ期愈合,术后外观良好,医患双方均感满意。结论:对某些患有乳腺疾病需行皮下乳腺切除手术的患者,同时行假体植入乳房重建手术,具有操作方便,效果明显,痛苦小等诸多优点,值得推荐。但皮下乳腺切除需严格掌握手术适应证。

Objective To explore the methods and significance of subcutaneous mammectomy and mammoplasty by one-stage. Methods 7 patients had received subcutaneous mammectomy,and been given the breast reconstruction by implantation of silicone capsule posterior greater pectoral muscle at the same time. Results All patients＂ reconstructed breasts were symmetrical with beautiful contour. Conclusion Subcutaneous mammectomy and mammoplasty is a very reasonale,easy method to obtain nice breast configuration,and deserves to widely used.
