眉缘切口治疗上睑皮肤松弛

Tread upper eyelid skin fiaccidness with eyebrow edge incision

目的:探讨一种既能治疗上睑皮肤松弛又能还原重睑形态且切口隐蔽、术后恢复时间短的新方法。方法:沿设计画线切开皮肤及皮下脂肪层,切除全层皮肤及皮下脂肪,充分止血,沿眼轮匝肌上方向下剥离,使切口张力减低且调整好眼形,用3-0丝线皮内间断缝合。眉头、眉峰、眉尾各用6-0丝线间断缝合。创口涂红霉素软膏,术区加压包扎24h,术后7～8天间断拆线。结果:临床手术30例,均为女性,年龄37～56岁,术后随访6个月～2年效果均满意。结论:眉缘切口治疗上睑皮肤松弛同重睑切口相比有以下特点:切口隐蔽,眼睑部无任何痕迹;术后反应轻,恢复期仅5～7天,易被患者接受;同时还可以矫治眉下垂,改善鱼尾纹及额纹。

Objective We study a method that can treat eyelid skin flaccidness and return the double eyelid form. The incision is concealed and not any obvious scar,and the post-operation return time is very short. Methods We cut the skin and subcutaneous fat along designed line,stanched bleeding,peeled it along eye wheel muscle from up to down,took incision lower and made the eye form well.Then,we used 3-0 silk thread to inter repted subcutaneously suture,fixed up the eyebrow sharp point,eyebrow sharp point and eyebrow tail 6-0 silk thread.To use Erythromycin ointment on wound,strengthen packing on operation region in 24hours and take out stitches after 7-8 days. Results 30 cases have had this operation,the age is between 37-56 years old,the effect was good after operation with being followed up from 6 months to 2 years old. Conclusion Eyebrow edge incision treat upper eyelid skin flaccidness has a lot of advantages,such as：incision is concealed and without scar,the eyelid is not obvious reation after operation,the post-operation return time is just 5-7days,treat ptosis of eye-brow,and improve fishtail lines and frontal wrinkles.
