摘要 采用CT试样对2.25Cr1Mo钢在550℃和565℃下的裂纹扩展试验,用直流电位法获得了蠕变裂纹扩展速率,计算得到了不同温度、不同时间下的蠕变断裂韧性。结果表明2.25Cr1Mo的蠕变断裂韧性随时间增大而减小,随着温度的升高而增大。 The creep rupture experiment of 2.25 Crl Mo steel has been descriped in this paper with side grooved compact tension(CT)specimen under the temperatures 550 C and 565 C. The extending rate of creep fracture has been obtained with direct current potential way. The creep rupture has been calculated under different temperatures and different time . The experimental results indicate that the creep rupture of 2.25 Crl Mo would decrease along with the time increased and would increase with temperature increase.
