辣椒素急性脱敏对鼠周围神经痛的治疗效应 被引量:7

摘要 目的研究应用辣椒素(CAP)急性脱敏效应(即镇痛效应)治疗三叉神经痛的方法和疗效.方法将CAP配成30mmol/L溶液备用,按每次用药量分成A、B、C、D四组,分别皮下注射处理大鼠三叉神经的眶下支为脱敏实验.并采用'热痛测试仪'测量不同用药量、不同时间的痛阈变化,同时观察大鼠行为变化.结果各组达到急性脱敏效应时间分别为:A组72~120 h,B组12~24 h,C组8~12 h,D组2~4 h.四组痛阈上升速率F=40.37,有极显著性差异(P<0.01).脱敏后各组维持用药间隔时间分别为:A组24 h,B组48 h,C组72 h,D组96 h.达到用药总量(50 mg/kg)停药后,四组痛阈恢复速率无显著性差异(P>0.05).结论CAP皮下注射处理大鼠三叉神经的眶下支,能产生较强的镇痛作用,且与剂量、浓度、时间、间歇期有关. Objective To study the courative effect of desensitization (analgesic) with capsicin (CAP) on acute peripheral nervous pain. Methods 30 mmol/L solution of cap was prepared, according to the dosage and as divided into four groups. De-sensitizing experiment was used to handle trigeminal nerve's infraorbital branch of the rat by the subcutaneous injection. Using “heat pain checker”, pain threshold was measured and the change of the rat behavior observed. Results Acute desensitization time was achieved (72-120 h) in group A, (12-24 h) in group B, (8-12 h) in group C, (2-4 h) in group D. The interval time of maintain taking medicines was 24 h in group A, 48 h in group B, 72 h in group C, and 96 h in group D after desensitization. The drug was stopped until the total dosage was 50 mg/kg. Conclusion CAP-infiltration at trigeminal nerve infraorbital branch region in rats can produce stronger effect, which related to the dosage, concentration, and interval.
