白血病患者多药耐药与白细胞内谷胱甘肽含量的关系 被引量:1

摘要 采用DTNB直接法检测28例急性白血病患者白细胞内还原型谷此甘肽(GSH)含量。结果表明:化疗前组白细胞内GSH含量高于正常对照组(P<0.01),化疗后组白细胞内GSH含量较化疗前组进一步增高P<0.05)。6例P-6糖蛋白阴性者5例疗效差,而其GSH含量均高于对照组。结果表明临床耐药除与P-糖蛋白相关外,GSH含量增高可能是白血病多药材药形成的另一个重要原因。 The intracellular content of reduced glutathion(GSH)in 28 patients with acute leukemia(AL)was determined by the direct wav of DTNB.The results showed that the intracellular con-tent of GSH in prechemotherapy patients was higher than that in nomal control(P<0.01).In-traceilular content of GSH in postchemotherapy patients was much higher than that inprechemotherapy patients(P<0.05) MDR p-glycoprotein in 12 patients was positive. Eight ofthem got poor efficacy. These findings indicate that P-glycoprotein plays an imprtant role in themuItidrug resistance in AL. In addition,the increase of GSH might be another important factor.
