摘要
应用额肌瓣矫治上睑下垂１４３例，２２１眼。随访１０７例，１６８眼。用５项指标进行近期和远期疗效对比，结果显示：睑裂自然开闭、上睑缘弧度满意率为１００％，双重睑、双眼睑裂对称反远期疗效较近期稍差，睑闭合度远期疗技较近斯为好。
sing frontal muscolar valve suspension operation,l 43 cases(22l deyes)with ptosis weretreated from January l990 to January l995 One hundred and seven cases( 168 eyes)were fol-lowed up for more than 6 months. The short-term and long-term effects were compared with 5indexes. The results showed that l 00 percent of the patients had good effects in the movementand margin of the upper eyelid.Double-fold eyelid and symmetry of two eyes had better effects inshort-term follow-up than in the long-term one. But the ability of eyelid occlusion showed thecontrary.
