可调钠血液透析预防糖尿病肾衰竭患者透析低血压临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察可调钠血液透析对糖尿病肾衰竭患者透析低血压的作用,同时观察对患者血钠的影响。方法原发病为糖尿病肾衰竭的维持性血液透析患者14例,分标准钠血液透析(CHD)和可调钠血液透析(PHD)2组,观察2组患者透析时低血压的发生率,并测定透析前、透析后血钠的浓度。结果可调钠血液透析组低血压发生率较标准钠血液透析组明显降低,透析前后血钠变化差别无统计学意义。结论可调钠血液透析可有效预防及减少糖尿病肾衰竭血液透析患者透析低血压的发生。 Objective To study the preventing effect of sodium profile on dialysis hypotension in patients with diabetic end stage renal disease. Methods 14 patients with diabetic end stage renal disease were divided into two groups randomly to undergo conventional hemodialysis (CHD) and sodium profile hemodialysis (PHD). The incidences of intradialytic hypotension in the two groups were compared. The blood sodium concentration was examined before and after dialysis. Results The incidence of intradialytic hypotension was significantly lower in PHD group than in CHD group ( 16.07% vs 38.39%, P 〈 0.05). The blood sodium concentration was not significantly altered after hemodialysis. Conclusion PHD can effectively reduce the incidence of intradialytic hypotension and does not increase the natrium load in patients after the dialysis.
