摘要
本文从高效、低成本的目标出发,提出了成形磨齿机采用磨轮连续微量径向进给产生鼓形运动的方法,实现鼓形齿成形磨削,并分析了鼓形齿的形成运动对齿轮渐开线齿形的影响规律,得出了用磨轮微量径向进给产生鼓形运动的成形磨齿机磨齿时,必须在磨轮截形设计中计入由此产生的齿形误差的结论。本文的结论对成形磨齿机鼓形机构的设计和成形磨轮的截形设计具有现实的参考价值。并已应用于Y7316X小砂轮成形磨齿机中。
From the view point of efficiency and cost, a new method for drum-tooth gear profile grinding procees is presented in this paper. The grinding wheel is microfeeded in the radial direction of the gear. The effect of the drum-tooth forming motion, on the accuracy of tooth shape is studied and must be considered in designing the section of grinding wheel. It is concluded that this method is valuable to the designing of profile grinding drum-tooth mechanism and grinding wheel section .in profile grinding. The method is put into practice in the Y7316X gear profile-grinding machine. gear; profile; grinding; drum
