论述钢轨动态管理与决策系统的架构及各功能模块的研究与实现,特别对系统的权限管理、钢轨伤损预测和智能决策支持技术进行了较为深入的探讨。
It was discussed the research and implementation of the structure and each functional module of the Rail Dynamic Management and Decission-making System, especially paid more attention to the management of the System＇s limitation of authority, the forecast of rail＇s damage and the intelligent decision-making support technology.
