主要针对目前各种对外服务大厅中视频监控影像管理系统与计算机业务系统各自独立设计及运行,给日常管理特别是投诉管理及突发事件处理等造成许多不便,分析影像管理系统与计算机业务管理系统集成的必要性及现实可行性,并提出集成的解决方法。

Due to the video monitor image management system and computer business system were designed and run independently in various kinds of serve hall at present, it is inconvenient to deal with common daily management especially to complain management and accident. The feasibility and necessity of the integrating the two businesses is analyzed, the solution of the system integration is proposed.
