摘要 目的:建立生长期大鼠缺锌模型,为研究饮食锌缺乏对大鼠生长发育的影响作准备。方法:配制人工半合成饲料,分别检测正常饲料和缺锌饲料锌含量。刚断奶的雄性大鼠随机分成对照组(ZA)、缺锌组(ZD)、配饲组(PF)3组,每组10只;观察生长发育过程,喂养15d后采静脉血,分别检测血清锌含量。结果:正常饲料和缺锌饲料锌含量分别为29.5μg·g-1和0.4μg·g-1;ZD组3d后开始出现缺锌症状,并随着喂养时间的延长而加重,至实验结束时,其体重、饲料效价及血清锌浓度均明显低于ZA和PF组。结论:饮食锌缺乏严重影响大鼠生长发育,本实验生长期大鼠缺锌模型建立成功,能较好代表儿童期生长发育特点。 Objective: To establish animal model of zinc deficiency growth-term rats, so as to investigate the effect of diet with zinc deficiency on the growth and development of growth-term rats. Methods: The artificial semi-synthesis diet of rats was prepared and tested for content of zinc in normal di into three processes et and zinc deficiency diet respectively. Thirty weaning male rats were randomly divided groups as the zinc adequate (ZA), zinc deficiency(ZD) and paired-fed(PF) group. The of growth and development of rats were observed. After 15-days-feeding, the vein blood samples were taken to measure zinc levels in each group. Results: Zinc content was 29.5μg ·g^-1 in normal diet and 0.4μg ·g^-1in zinc deficiency diet. Zinc deficiency symptoms of ZD group appeared after 3 days and were depended on the time for feeding. At the end of the experiment, rat's weight, diet efficiency and zinc serum level in the ZD group were lower than in the ZA group and PF group. Conclusion: Diet zinc deficiency affects the growth and development of rats. The animal model of growth-term rat has been established successfully in the experiment, and it could be used for the study of childhood growth and development.
