摘要 细胞骨架是细胞内由蛋白质成分组成的三维网架状结构,在细胞变形、细胞运动、细胞迁移等多种生命活动中的作用至关重要。近年来,WAVE2作为一种新的肌动蛋白调节蛋白,其参与细胞信号的转导,调节肌动蛋白的聚合及细胞骨架的重排,在片状伪足的形成和细胞迁移中的作用备受人们关注,已在国际上形成一个新的研究热点。 The cytoskeleton is a three dimensional network of filamentous protein. It plays critical roles in diverse physiological processes such as cell morphological change, motility and migration. Recently, as a new actin-binding regulatory protein, WAVE2 is involved in the cellular signal transduction, actin polymerization and reorganization. Roles of WAVE2 in the formation of lamellipo- dia and cell migration have been paid much attention to. In the past 5 years, this area has become an international hot spot of investigation, resulting in many break-through progresses. This review focuses on recent advances in WAVE2 in the regulation of cytoskeleton.
