鼻内镜下CO_2激光辅助手术治疗儿童上颌窦后鼻孔息肉15例

Endoscopic Sinus Surgery for Antrochoanal Polyp by CO_2 Laser

目的:提高上颌窦后鼻孔息肉的手术疗效,降低复发率。方法:回顾性分析2000年6月-2002年1月期间于上海交通大学附属第六人民医院耳鼻咽喉科收治的鼻内镜下CO2激光辅助手术治疗的上颌窦后鼻孔息肉的患者15例,9例为复发的再次手术病例。结果:所有患者随访6-38月(平均23个月)没有发现上颌窦后鼻孔息肉的复发、1例术后鼻腔粘连。结论:该术式可以彻底清除上颌窦后鼻孔息肉,防止复发提高手术疗效。

Objective： To improve the efficacy of the endoscopic sinus surgery for antrochoanal polyp Methods： Fifteen patients with antrochoanal polyp from 2000 ro 2002 were reviewed. In fifteen cases ,a CO2 Laser was used to facilitate removal of antrochoanal polyp with minimal blood loss under endoscopic visualization. The healthy area of the sinus mucosa was left intact. Results： Combined approach of endoscopic transnasal and antrochoanal polypectomy was effective in most cases. The effectiveness of operative treatment was encouraging during short-term follow-- up. Conclusions ： Combined approach endoscopic transnasal antrochoanal polypectomy is feasible. Endoscopic surgical technique combining the irradiation of CO2 Laser is recommended,this procedure was effective and led to a decreased recurrence rate.
