Application of Kugel patch for the treatment of incisional hernia

目的总结应用Kugel补片修补腹壁切口疝的临床经验。方法使用美国巴德公司生产的Kugel补片,对8例腹壁切口疝患者行无张力修补术治疗。结果手术平均时间65min,所有患者均治愈,随访3～6个月无复发。结论应用Kugel补片修补腹壁切口疝是一种简单、易行、有效的无张力修补方法。

Objective To summarize the clinical experience of repair incisional hernia with Kugel patch. Methods Using the Kugel patch of Bard surgical product company,eight cases of incisional hernia repair were performed. Results Average operation time was 65 minutes,all of the patients were healed, during a follow-up of 3 months to 6 months,none of the patients recurred. Conclusion The repair of incisional hernia with Kugel patch is a simple, easy, effective, and tension-free method.
