颈阔肌肌皮瓣修复颊癌术后缺损

Immediate repairing of buccal defect by platysma musculotaneous flap

目的探讨颈阔肌肌皮瓣即刻整复颊癌术后颊部缺损的临床效果。方法采用以颌外动脉作为供血的颈阔肌肌皮瓣修复颊癌术后颊部缺损8例。结果应用以颌外动脉为供血的颈阔肌肌皮瓣即刻整复颊癌术后颊部缺损8例全部成功,获得满意效果。结论以颌外动脉为供血的颈阔肌肌皮瓣有操作简便、创伤小、成活率高等优点,是颊癌术后颊部缺损修复的一种有效方法。

Objective To study immediately repairing of the buccal defect with platysma musculocutaneous flap. Methods 8 cases of the buccal defect had been repaired with platysma musculocutaneous flap vascularized by external maxillary artery. Results Platysma musculocutaneous flap vascularized by external maxillary artery used to repair 8 cases of the buccal defect immediately. All flaps survived well. Conclusion The flap features convenient operation,small trauma and high survival rate. It is useful in reconstructive surgery.
