大剂量白蛋白治疗创伤性脑损伤的临床观察

Clinical observation of high dose albumin in the treatment of traumatic brain ingury

目的探讨大剂量白蛋白对创伤性脑损伤的治疗作用。方法对67例创伤性脑损伤患者随机分为两组,对照组给予降颅压、保护脑细胞等常规治疗;实验组在常规治疗基础上加用白蛋白。观察患者格拉斯哥昏迷计分(glasgowcomascale,GCS)、并发症、CT变化、格拉斯哥预后评分(glasgowoutcomescore,GOS)结果。结果实验组GCS、并发症、CT检查结果、GOS均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用白蛋白治疗创伤性脑损伤可有效降低颅内压,减少并发症,改善预后。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of highdose albumin of traumatic brain injury. Methods 67 cases with traumatic brain injury were randomly divided into two groups,control group was given routine therapies including lowering intracranial pressure and protection brain cells;Study group was given albumin besides routine therapies. GCS complications CT changes and COS results of the patients were observed. Statistical methods were used to analyzed. Results GCS complications CT results and COS of the study group were all better than those of the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Treation traumatic brain injury with albumin can effectively lower intracranial pressure and reduce complications and improve prognosis.
