增殖细胞核抗原在肺癌组织的表达

摘要 我们应用免疫组织化学方法检测了100例肺癌患者手术切除的组织标本,探讨了增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在不同组织学类型及不同分化程度的肺癌组织中的分布及其相关性。实验结果发现,所有肺癌组织都可见到 PCNA 染色阳性的细胞,但 PCNA 阳性细胞的数量在不同类型的癌组织及不同分化程度的癌组织中有明显差异。其中以未分化癌的 PCNA 阳性率最高,腺癌次之,鳞癌最低。低分化癌最高,中分化癌次之,高分化癌最低。小细胞未分化癌高于非小细胞未分化癌。本实验结果表明,PCNA 的表达与肺癌的组织学类型及分化程度呈明显相关性,从而提示 PCNA 的表达可作为细胞增殖活性和肿瘤组织恶性程度评价的一个重要参考指标。 In this study,we used the immunohistochemistric method to detect proliferating cell nuclar antigen(PCNA)for assessing the relationship between proliferation activity and cancer histolo- gy and cell differentiation from 100 cases of lung cancer patients.The results show that the PC- NA-postive cell was observed in all samples,but the number of PCNA-postive cell is significant- ly different indifferent histologies and gradings.The expression of PCNA from high to low is respectively undifferentiated cancer,adenocarcinoma,sequmaous carcinoma;and poorly dif- ferentiation,moderate differentiation,good differentiation in grading;and the number is more in the undifferentiated small cell lung cancer than that in the undifferentiated non-small lung cancer.The present results provide evidence that the number of PCNA-postive cell is associated with histology and grading of lung cancer and suggest that the expression of PCNA is a valuable index for assessing the proliferative activity and malignancy.
