摘要
本文报导了胃镜检出的胃炎样胃癌15例,检出率为1.03%(15/1459),占胃癌16.85%(15/89)。内镜肉眼检查似良性胃炎,均有糜烂发红,也可见局部组织变脆,触之易出血。胃炎样胃癌临床表现缺乏特异性,可为早期癌或进展期癌,作者认为:胃镜检查加活检是诊断胃炎样胃癌的重要手段。
15 cases with gastric cancer simulating gastritis out of 89 cases with gastric cancer were di- agnosed by routine biopsy under the endoscopy.The postive diagnostic rate was 1.03%(15/ 1459).The characteristics of the cancer were described in this paper.Gastric Cancer simulating gastritte should be considered as a special type of gastric cancer and can divided into early type and advanced type.Because symptom and sign were no special,that endoscopy plus biopsies play an important role in the diognosis of gastric cancer simulating gastritis was emphorsized.
