摘要
我科1985～1994年共施行食管贲门癌手术225例,术后78例发生并发症,并发症发生率为34.7%,死亡7例,并发症病死率为9%。主要并发症有吻合口瘘、切口感染、肺部并发症、声带麻痹等。本文探讨了上述并发症发生的原因及其预防和处理方法。
From 1985 to 1994,225 patients with esophageal and gastric cardia carcinoma had been op- eraten on in our department.Postoperative complication occurred in 78 cases,the rate of com- polication was 34.7%,7 patients died,and the mortality rate was 9%.The main complications were anastomosis leakage,pulmonary complication,wound infection and vocalise paralysis.We discuss the cause,prevention and managment of these complicaltions.
