摘要 对氧弹式量热计电器线路、氧弹内部结构及测温系统进行了改进.将点火系统的机械触点定时器改为时间继电器,用硅橡胶密封垫圈代替软金属密封垫圈,氧弹内部增加火焰隔离系统,改进后的量热计结构简单合理,测量精度显著提高,各项指标符合国家现行标准. This article will introduce the improvements of an oxygen bomb calorimeter, including its electrical circuitry, internal structure and the system of temperature measurement. For example, the mechanical contract timer of portfire was replaced by a timed relay and the electrical circuitry has been simplified and better organized. The soft metal airproof gasket was replaced with silicone rubber, and the calorimeter's durability was increased 250 times by adding a flame isolation system . Furthermore, a digital differential calorimetric thermometer was adopted, which is ten times more precise than a Backmann mercurial device. The standard deviation determined by this instrument is less than 370.8JK . The relative standard deviation is less than 2.56% (n=11) . When analyzing the caloric power of coal, the standard deviation is less than 277.3JK and the relative standard deviation is less than 0.95%(n=7) .
