遗传背景在创伤反应异状性中的作用

Preliminary study on the posttrauma-response heterogeneity between BALB/c and C57BL/6 inbred mice

摘要 目的观察BALB/c和C57BL/6小鼠间的创伤反应差异现象。方法以BALB/c和C57BL/6两近交系小鼠为研究对象,采用冲击波所致全身冲击伤模型,观察伤后即刻、1、6、24、72 h的动物死亡率和肺损伤严重度的病理形态学。结果在相同的冲击伤条件下,BALB/c和C57BL/6小鼠伤后72 h内的死亡率和肺损伤严重度的病理形态学有明显差异,BALB/c和C57BL/6小鼠的死亡率主要发生在伤后1 h内,但在同系动物内雌雄之间的死亡率和肺损伤程度并无明显差异。结论BALB/c和C57BL/6两系小鼠间存在对冲击伤的创伤反应差异现象,这当中异质性可能与两系小鼠在遗传背景上的差异有关。 Objective To observe the posttrauma-response heterogeneity between BALB/c and C57BL/6 inbred mice. Methods The BALB/c and C57BL/6 inbred mice were injured by the same blast wave, and the mortality rates and pathomorphological changes in the lung tissues were compared at 0, 1 , 6, 24 and 72 h after injury. Results There were significant differences of the mortality rates and the severity of lung injury between BALB/c and C57BL/6 inbred mice within 72 h after blast injury. The C57BL/6 showed greater resistance ability to the blast injury. Furthermore, the death of the mice almost occurred within 1 h after blast injury, but there were no significant differences in mortality and the severity of lung injury between the male and the female mice of the same strain. Conclusion This study indicates there is significant heterogeneity of posttrauma-response between BALB/c and C57BL/6 mice, and this change may be induced by the differences of their genetic background.
